SUNMEIZG Aluminum honeycomb panels are composed of two sides of metal sheets (aluminium / galvanized iron/stainless steel/fiber glass) , and aluminium honeycomb-like hexagon structure core inside. The honeycomb structure is known to be lightweight while enhance panel rigidity.

• Marble surface: 6mm natural marble with 5mm~30mm aluminium honeycomb pane.

Production Advantages
Thermal adhesive films applied in Sunmeizg metal honeycomb panels.
Adhesive films are most ideal bonding material for sandwiched panels, When comparing to traditional epoxy adhesive, the film has its unparalleled advantages:
• Lightweight, the adhesive film we use is only 140g~150g per sq.m,. much lighter than traditional epoxy 1kg per sq.m. usage amount.
• Melting point of the film is above 130 Celsius degree. Therefore it performs way better when comparing to traditional glue, which will start to crack or breakdown at round 80 Celsius.
