Machine Description:
The box-type annealing furnace is a national standard ultra-energy-saving cycle-operated box-type furnace with an ultra-energy-saving structure, using a fiber structure, and saving 60% of electricity. The production adopts composite high-alumina porcelain nail set, which automatically seals the furnace door. Mainly for annealing and heat treatment of steel parts, various metal parts, auto parts, etc. A stainless steel nitrogen inlet pipe and valve are installed on the furnace side to adjust the air inlet volume, which can play a simple protective atmosphere and reduce the oxidation of the workpiece. The box-type annealing furnace adopts high-purity and high-aluminum energy-saving brick composite lining, high-temperature and high-resistance alloy heating elements are installed on the side walls and furnace bottom, and a microcomputer program automatic temperature control cabinet is used to execute the annealing process curve with high precision.
