Properties: A little bitter taste. Soluble in chloroform, toluene, benzene, carbon tetrachloride. Insoluble in water and ethyl alcohol.
Application: Given flat, moderately fast cures in NR and SR. Also used in a wide range of general purpose rubber. Non-staining/non-discoloring in "white" socks; use as a plasticizer and/or retarder in polychloroethylene rubber. Secondary acceleration is usually required for synthetic polymers. Better scorch safety than MBT.
Packing: In 25kgs bag.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding exposure of the packaged product to direct sunlight.
