Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) is a type of fuel cell that generates electricity through the chemical reactions of a fuel, typically hydrogen or natural gas, with oxygen from the air. The major difference between SOFC and other types of fuel cells is that SOFC uses a solid oxide electrolyte, which allows it to operate at high temperatures without the need for expensive catalysts or precious metals.

 

Inconel 600 High Precision Square Support Bar is used in the plate heat exchanger module for SOFC/EC products. For high temperature gas heat exchange modules, the most reasonable and efficient design is to use a corrugated plate for the heat exchange channel. The square support key strip is used to support the corrugated plate, so this part needs to have high flatness and dimensional tolerance to meet the requirements of subsequent overall brazing and airtightness during use. It is made of high-temperature nickel-based alloy inconel600, which can be used for a long time at high temperatures up to 900℃, with good high-temperature oxidation resistance.

Excellent processing process

1. Slab wire cutting blanking

2. The upper surface grinder processes both sides of the plate to the specified dimensional tolerance

3. The machining center mills the four sides of the slab and pays attention to the tolerance requirements

4. Leave margin in the length direction of wire-feeding cutting

5. Process inspection size

6. Grinding the four sides of the product, the grinding time is 8 hours

7. Check the appearance size, and trim the flat head according to the length of the drawing

8. Ultrasonic cleaning and drying

9. The straightening machine is straightened to ensure the straightness value requirements

10. Finished product inspection, packaging and delivery

Packaging Service：

1.With regards to the packing of the item，we prefer to use crates.

 

2.Each product is packed in pp bag，and then 10 units are put in one paper box，and 5 boxes in a export carton. The carton is full of foam at each corner.

 

3.Please see to it that fragile goods should be wrapped in soft material and firmly packed in cardboard box.
